WHAT DOES THAT COST?

We use Moo.com as our company printer, but we can produce files for any printer you would like. Designs include one standard contact side, but may have up to 7 images on the graphic side. Design fees are $230; printing and delivery fees vary by quantity. We give discounts for Social Media Management clients.

PRINT PRODUCTS

SELF-PUBLISHING VS. PROFESSIONAL DESIGN

WHAT DOES THAT COST?

Every print product is different, depending on size, print vendor, distributor/shipping, and how many versions need to be done before approval. We do everything from step-and-repeats to postcards. We also have package design partners. The only limitation is your imagination.

WEBSITES

This site was straight HTML, but now is a hybrid between HTML and Squarespace. See the full site: https://korst.co

WHAT DOES A SITE LIKE THIS COST?

A hybrid site is a really interesting solution to a problem we run into often. A hybrid between HTML and Squarespace gives us an opportunity to design with total control in HTML/CSS while giving us an opportunity to give free reign to novices/interns to create content/forms/blog posts without fear of coding accidents on the main pages. This works well for clients who want custom designs on static pages that rarely change yet want to create their own content without fearing for their code. To accomplish this, we have to use quite a bit of custom CSS on the Squarespace side to mirror the HTML side. We have also done several hybrid sites with HTML and Wordpress. It’s a way of creating a stable main site while creating a CMS for ongoing content. Hybrid sites start at $7,500.

This site is primarily on Squarespace with IDX on idxbroker.com. See the full site: https://belletgrakal.com

WHAT DOES THIS COST?

We took over this site from the previous designers because the owners were confused by how to update their properties. We came in and simplified the posting process. This site has 9 pages in its menu, which is replicated on its site at idxbroker.com, which allows visitors to search the MLS (real estate listings in greater Los Angeles). This site, if created from scratch would cost $4,300 plus the IDX integration of $1,100. Site maintenance includes weekly updates for properties and other changes at $200 plus $110 for the IDX fees. We also perform blog updates (see the Advice page) at $120 per post. We also perform Social Media Management and content creation at $480/month and Mailchimp Email Marketing, which varies depending on your needs. Everything is tied together and evaluated using Google Analytics.

This site is on Squarespace and is custom coded with specialized CSS. https://drsprintz.com

WHAT DID THIS COST?

This site was moved from Wix to Squarespace in order to move the custom code from JS to HTML/CSS. It’s a preference of ours in custom code. We’re happy to work in Wix, but if the client doesn’t care, we move it for free. These sites always require a redesign, which is charged on a limited hourly basis depending on the complexity of the site. The redesign of this site was $5,000, but we moved the site for free using the assets and are starting a blog this November. Site maintenance is $220 per month with a blog rider for existing content. Social Media Management is $480 per month. Everything is tied together and evaluated using Google Analytics.

This fine artist’s site was moved from Wordpress to Squarespace. https://thejohnathanschultz.com/

WHAT DID THIS COST?

This site was redesigned in Wordpress, and when the client couldn’t create what they wanted, we moved it to Squarespace. We only charged for the redesign, and not for the move, which was accomplished in a day and a half. Because the client had all copy and images ready, knew what they wanted, and had a vision for the future of the site, this cost only $3,500. We transitioned the site to the client’s in-house designer who was able to take over design with no problem and the site looks fantastic.

This site has moved to different servers several times, and is in the process of redesign in Wordpress. https://secondchances.tv/

WHAT DID IT COST?

This site was designed several years ago, has been redesigned twice, and is undergoing a new redesign now. It is Wordpress based, and while the client has been thinking of moving to Squarespace, funding is keeping them in Wordpress. If we were designing this from scratch with a beginning podcast, the charges would be $3,100, but with over 100 podcasts, the cost would be over $7,500, which would be the same cost to move all the posts to Squarespace. We are also the producers of this podcast, so every episode must be edited, published and posted at the cost of $300 per cast. Their social media is also managed by us at a cost of $16 per standard graphic post and $48 per video/audiogram post. Everything is tied together and evaluated using Google Analytics.

This site was created on Squarespace in less than one week. https://landscapemanagementbydesign.com

WHAT DID THIS COST?

Patrick Cooley’s site is 4 pages: Home, Services, Portfolio, Contact. The site was designed on Squarespace and we were completely trusted to write the copy. The only thing the client gave us was portfolio images, which had to be adjusted for color and formatted specifically for digital use. The cost of this site was $5,000.

WHAT DOES THIS COST?

We create weekly emails for several clients. Some are emails regarding service or product specials, some are real estate updates, and some are specific emails that are send on a timeline based on a specific date. We have clients who use different platforms across the spectrum and we are happy to use any platform they like. We create emails based on images for $160 each. We will also write copy and post specific content at a specific negotiated rate. This rate depends on if we are writing the content on a blog, how much is provided by the client, and how user-friendly the platform is. Let us know what your needs are.
